Where In The World Is Scott

1197-La Boca – Buenos Aires, Argentina

La Boca (the mouth of the river) is the French Quarter of Buenos Aires. The Bohemian culture of free-thinkers and artists plus the growth of the Tango catapulted this area of the city into the center for arts and culture during the early 1900s. La Boca is still a colorful european flavored section of Buenos Aires.
