While taking a hike through the marsh lands south of Vancouver, Janine and I ran into these odd looking cows in a field. I did a little research on them to find that these racing stripped cows were bred for speed (or was it tasty meat? I can’t remember). When we saw them they were in the pit area getting their hooves changed. When we turned to leave, they took off in a cloud of dust to become flack steak or rib eye. Okay, they are called Galloway cows from Scotland. Have some fun!
